Was looking to change up my cardio routine and Craigslist + $80.00 came through. I really need to drop some lbs and treadmills are my kryptonite. Something about running in place, staring at the same thing doesn’t sit will me well. But just as anything else, all the best equipment in the world doesn’t matter if I don’t use it. Notice the rack behind the seat… Well, to make it more challenging, I’ll be ‘rolling’ with a bike child seat and my son in it’s pilot seat. For my son and my sake, I just hope I still remember how to ride. That’s what helmets are for RIGHT! Safety First! :)
